• Current Passport

• Valid Drivers Licence

• Department of Transport Proof of Age Card

One piece of secondary ID which is not more than 3 months old:

• Electricity Bill, Gas Bill or Water Bill which has a record of the person’s name and address
• Shire or Council rate document which has a record of the person’s name and address
• Phone Bill which has a record of the person’s name and address
• Bank statement which has a record of the person’s name and address
• Rental tenancy agreement which has the person’s name and address
